Performed by the Petah Tikva Conservatory\u00a0Youth Wind Band, the original song was composed by Dubi Zeltzer and performed by\u00a0Yehoram Gaon. The lyrics, w<\/em><em>ritten by Haim Hefer,<\/em><em>\u00a0convey Montefiore\u2019s tireless commitment\u00a0to the Jewish\u00a0people until his death at the age of 101.
